Program Structure

Daily Routines
Start your day with purpose. Residents follow a consistent routine that includes:

  • Morning quiet time, chores, and group check-in

  • Work or job-readiness hours during the day

  • Evening recovery-focused discussions and personal reflection

House Rules
We provide a safe and respectful environment through clear boundaries:

  • No drugs, alcohol, or paraphernalia

  • Curfew and visitor policies enforced

  • Respect for housemates and property

  • Participation in all scheduled activities

Phases of the Program
Our three-phase model supports lasting transformation:

  • Phase 1 – Orientation (Weeks 1–4): Stabilize, detox support, and adapt to structure

  • Phase 2 – Growth (Months 2–3): Employment, recovery planning, life skills development

  • Phase 3 – Empowerment (Months 4+): Lead by example, rebuild independence, plan for future

Resident Expectations

Responsibilities
Each man contributes to the home by:

  • Keeping personal and common areas clean

  • Following rules and daily schedules

  • Holding a job or actively job-seeking after Phase 1

Meeting Attendance
Community and accountability are key:

  • Minimum of 5 recovery meetings weekly

  • Weekly house meetings and staff check-ins

Participation Requirements
We expect full engagement:

  • Honesty and openness in all areas of life

  • Support of fellow residents

  • Willingness to grow spiritually, emotionally, and mentally
